Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The selling dealer states that a tune-up and oil change were completed in 2022 The 400ci V8 features a four-barrel carburetor and produced 225 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque when new. The five-digit odometer shows 21k miles, approximately 30 of which have been added during current ownership. The three-spoke formula steering wheel sits ahead of an engine-turned instrument panel housing a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer with an inset analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The seats and door panels are trimmed in white vinyl and the black dashboard houses a Delco radio, air conditioning, a lockable glove box, and a passenger handlebar. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The 15″ alloy honeycomb wheels are wrapped in 225/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. Blemishes are visible above the left-front grille and on the rear bumper.


The body is finished in Admiralty Blue and features a hood decal, Trans Am decals on the decklid and front fenders, front and rear spoilers, a shaker hood, front fender vents, body-colored mirrors, bright window trim, and polished dual exhaust outlets. This Firebird is offered with service records, the manufacturer’s literature, and a Pennsylvania title. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in May 2022 and subsequent work is said to have included a tune-up and oil change. It is finished in Admiralty Blue over white vinyl and equipped with a limited-slip differential, 15″ alloy wheels, front disc brakes, power steering, front and rear spoilers, a shaker hood, a Delco radio, and air conditioning. This 1974 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am was first sold at Cathcart Pontiac of Trenton, New Jersey, and is powered by a 400ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission.
